                      This is less of a D.I.Y. and more of a me putting a sticker on something but hey, I did a thing! What the hell did you do today? I love mixing boujee bullshit with trashy aesthetics. Hence, this was born. Lindsay Lohan chic if you will. I got the cigarette case from amazon and the Chanel decals off some etsy. In any case it was more so a waiting game for the items to arrive than it was a D.I.Y. since that part took seconds. I have other D.I.Y. projects that I'm gonna post in the future. I feel it'll become a semi-regular thing. Remember kids, smoking is a disgusting habit. Then again I'm a disgusting person. ;)

                  As the weather gets warmer I always find it harder to get creative with style. Im really into layering my outfits, but obviously thats harder to do in summer. Today I went for something pretty casual and breathable since it's starting to heat up a bit. I styled up an otherwise basic look with a simple cross body bag and baseball cap. Adding some high socks helps to give the outfit some balance.                                        This whole outfit came together because of a D.I.Y. project I was working on. I made this armband a couple weeks ago. I call it the "quick patch" since you can take it off and put it onto any outfit. I got sick of my favorite patches being stuck on only one jacket or shirt so this seemed like the next logical step. It features the anarchy "A" and the queer rights upside down triangle. As far as the outfit goes, I wanted to balance the black and white since they are such high contrasting opposites. I feel the gray shorts really helped out there. Once again, I just like knee braces.                  Todays look reminds me a bit of Rooney Mara as Lisbeth Salander in the movie The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. I just love her outfits and her attitude in that movie. Nothing like a badass who knows how to get what she wants. I wanted todays look to be a bit of a Goth/Punk mix as well as be utilitarian.
